Water Punching Ball

Water Punching Ball is designed with boxing in mind. Its water padding efficiently absorbs impacts, aiding in the reduction of hand and wrist injuries during training.

This versatile product is sold empty for easy transportation. Inside the packaging, you’ll find:

• water bag
• D-bolt with screw
• Rope for hanging the bag
• Reducer nozzle for garden hose

Here’s how to fill the water bag:

1. Attach the D-bolt to the plastic eyelet on the top of the bag and secure it with the screw.
2. Wrap the rope around a sturdy support, ensuring it can bear the weight of the bag. Adjust the height so that the upper part of the bag aligns with the head level.
3. Open the cap on the upper part of the bag by removing both the black and transparent caps with your hands.
4. Connect the nozzle to a water hose and insert it into the bag’s opening to begin filling.
5. For preservation, add a few drops of chlorine bleach to prevent water decay. Once filled, tightly close the cap.

With these simple steps, your water bag is ready for intense boxing sessions, providing both support and protection
