I got this rope around 3 months back, and it’s been awesome. It’s sturdy and feels great in my hands. Using it for tricep exercises has really made a difference. The grip is comfortable, and I’ve noticed my triceps getting stronger. It’s a solid addition to my home gym, and I’m glad I got it.
